Description

• Timely Activation
• Timely receipt of documents from distributors
• Returning of Rejected CAF within Agreed timelines
• Accepting only compliant documents & reject only non- compliant documents.
• Accuracy in Data Entry
• Process adherence as per guidelines / documented process
• Ensure Agency maintains all registers , records & MIS as specified wrt CAF movement
• Ensure Agency dispatches all activated CAFs to central location
• Timely reporting of System / Process failures to both stakeholders at Idea and Agency and ensure necessary action is taken.
