Technical Solutions Representative - Voice Process (Rotational shifts)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Work from a standard protocol and Utilize documented processes to respond to issues
- Troubleshoot Hardware/Networking/OS related quires of our global customers over the phone/chat/email/web requests
- Take calls from global customers and initiate the right response to the, positively and professionally
- Successfully resolve simple to moderate techinical issuses from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems
