The Organization
KPMG Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a robust global delivery platform comprising a talent pool of 1300+ professionals in Bangalore & Kochi. GDC provides both standard and non-standard Audit & Advisory professional services to KPMG US & KPMG Canada using a globally consistent approach that complies with both regulatory and engagement team standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Estimate, allocate, plan and organize the work the work assigned, and ensure that work is completed within agreed turnaround time and with high quality.
- Be responsible for extended engagement teams as and when applicable.
- Provide clarification and guidance to junior associates on timely basis and continuously coach and train them on work and audit methodolog.
- Perform upfront/postmortem reviews to enhance deliverable quility.
- Work closely with US/Canadian rotationals and engagement teams to provide the highest level of Audit Delivery as per US GAAS or Canadian Accounting Standard.
