Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Undergraduate (10+2 or equivalent)
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi

- Good Desktop Handling skills
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts
- Female employees will have rotational day shifts

Supervisory Requirements:
Hiring Team Leades, Quality Analyst, Trainers, RTA & MIS Executives.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Overall 18+ months of call centre experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in the respective supervisory role
- Willing to work in 24*7 shifts on Sundays & Public Holidays
- Female employees will have rotational day shifts
